Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, they were a bit noisy at times, which was a downside considering the high price. The service was mostly courteous and helpful, with a minor incident of rudeness when inquiring about adjusting my stay dates. The location was lovely, surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to key landmarks in Bhopal. The dining options offered a variety of specialty items but were somewhat chilly in the open cafe. Overall, the facilities were good, making for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is situated in a serene location in Shamla Hills, surrounded by tranquility, making it a perfect retreat. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected for this hotel grade, are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, equipped with luxurious Kama Ayurveda toiletries. The service, reminiscent of other 5-star establishments like Taj, Leela, and Lalit, is warm and attentive, with staff welcoming guests with genuine smiles at every turn. The location offers a peaceful escape from the city, though it's a bit far from the bustling center. The dining experience at 'Cafechino' facing the garden was a highlight, with a delightful spread of delicious dishes adorning the mornings. The facilities provided add to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.
The hotel is nestled in the tranquil Shaymla Hills, a stone's throw away from the picturesque big lake and VIP road. The rooms are adorned with a nice lil' backyard garden, providing a perfect space for my daughter to play around. The service is warm and accommodating, with a touch of rich history and culture maintained by the attentive owners and staff. The dining experience is truly unmissable, featuring the Nawab's own chefs preparing the finest keema, while the facilities offer a lavish spread for a delightful stay.
